We offer a variety of clinical services, including immunizations, physicals, STI testing, and TB skin tests. Appointments are required!
- Immunizations (COVID-19, flu, infant, etc.)
- Free COVID-19 test kits — available on a walk-in basis at our clinic during business hours.
- STI Testing & Treatment — ages 13+.
- Physicals — including physicals for sports, daycare, preschool, and employment.
- Immunization Exemptions
We accept most insurance plans. If we do not accept your plan, contact your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network benefits. For immunizations, check if your insurance covers them. For childhood immunizations, if you do not have insurance, there will be a flat $20 administration fee per child for the visit.
