We offer a variety of services including immunizations, physicals, TB skin tests, and COVID-19 testing & vaccines. Appointments are required!
- Immunizations (COVID-19, flu, infant, etc.) are available Mon. – Fri., 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- TB Skin Tests and Immunization Exemptions are available weekdays, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- COVID-19 Testing is available Mon., Weds., and Fri. from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
We accept most insurance plans. If we do not accept your plan, contact your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network benefits. For immunizations, check if your insurance covers them. For childhood immunizations, if you do not have insurance, there will be a flat $20 administration fee per child for the visit.
