Missouri students are required to be up-to-date on vaccines before attending school.

To help parents knock one more thing off of their to-do list, we’re offering back-to-school immunizations at our Lee’s Summit clinic (3651 NE Ralph Powell Rd).

If you have a student entering Kindergarten, 8th, or 12th grade, or a student needing to get caught up on other immunizations, make an appointment with us!

Important Information:

  • Appointments are required. Walk-ins will not be taken. Our clinic gets busier as school approaches, so make your appointment early to beat the rush.
  • Please bring your child’s immunization record to the appointment + plan to arrive 15 minutes early. Students may only be accompanied by one parent or guardian.
  • Click here for a list of required school vaccinations. (en Español)
  • We accept most insurance plans. If we do not accept your plan, contact your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network benefits. If you do not have insurance, there will be a flat $20 administration fee per child for the visit.
  • If you need help making an appointment, please call (816) 404-6416.
  • Have questions about which immunizations your child needs? Contact our nurses at (816) 404-6456.
