To help parents knock one more thing off of their to-do list, we’re offering back-to-school immunizations at our Lee’s Summit clinic (3651 NE Ralph Powell Rd).
If you have a student entering Kindergarten, 8th, or 12th grade, or a student needing to get caught up on other immunizations, make an appointment with us!

- Appointments are required. Walk-ins will not be taken. Our clinic gets busier as school approaches, so make your appointment early to beat the rush.
- Please bring your child’s immunization record to the appointment + plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
- After booking an appointment, you will receive electronic forms via email. Please fill out these forms prior to your arrival.

- We accept most insurance plans. If we do not accept your plan, contact your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network benefits. If you do not have insurance, there will be a flat $20 administration fee per child for the visit.
