Opioid Facts & Resources

In Missouri, the number of non-heroin opioid overdose deaths nearly tripled between 2016 and 2021. More recently, there’s been a sharp increase in overdose deaths involving a synthetic opioid called fentanyl. Even a tiny amount of fentanyl can be fatal.

The best way to stay safe is to stay informed and know what resources are available to help!
