DESCRIPTION:Bring fresh food from our space to your home. \n\n\n\nOnce a month\, our partnership with Harvesters provides families with FREE fresh\, healthy produce and pantry-friendly items at our location in Lee’s Summit. No need to pre-register — just stop by during an event day/time while supplies last. Bring your reusable grocery bags to make this event earth-friendly!  \n\n\n\nWhat to know:\n\n\n\n\nAll events are held in our 1st-floor conference room unless listed otherwise. \n\n\n\nWalk-ins only. Check-in opens at 12:00 p.m. \n\n\n\nSupplies are distributed on a first-come\, first-served basis. DESCRIPTION:Sex (Ed) Matters is an 8-hour program based on Making Proud Choices\, an evidence-based curriculum that gives teens the information\, skills\, and confidence they need to reduce their risk of STIs\, HIV\, and pregnancy. It also provides a safe space for youth to ask questions\, share their knowledge and gain new information on how to keep themselves safe and prepared in their relationship. \n\n\n\nThe course is FREE for anyone ages 12-18\, but registration is required.
